    David Baker (Organ): In 2011, David founded the Halifax Organ Academy to provide quality teaching in the North of England, both individually and in regular workshops and master classes. He is an accredited tutor with the Royal College of Organists’Academy.

    Dos Almas: Beatriz Perez (guitar and vocals), Iain Hunter (percussion and mandolin), and Mick Armistead (bass).  They perform folk songs from Bea’s childhood in a Spanish household. They tell stories of love, protest, and sometimes just a slice of everyday life. This is an intimate show that includes some story-telling about the songs.

    Long Walk Chinese Ensemble: This community band play ancient traditional folk music from across China on authentic instruments. They love to talk about these instruments & welcome questions and discussion.

  • Smartphone Photography Workshops: 18th March and 22nd March

    Workshops 18th March or 22nd March, 1.00pm-4.00pm

    Each session is perfect for beginners, but even if you know your way around your phone camera, you can still further your photography knowledge and gain creative inspiration. In this workshop, you will learn tips and techniques allowing you to create stunning images using your phone.

    Do you feel defeated around creating posters and updates for your website because you don’t have a bank of images? In this situation your phone can be your best friend and this course with expert, Ginny Koppenhol, will be perfect for you.

    Particularly useful for churches and small organisations needing to upskill for marketing and publicity purposes.

    This local Community Choir meet together to sing acapella in four part harmonies. Led by Musical Director, Jude Glendinning, the choir will sing a selection of songs from around the world including one in English.

  • Leeds Conservatoire Contemporary Pop Choir

    21st March 2025 – Leeds Conservatoire Contemporary Pop Choir
    Hugely successful group with signature high energy style of delivery which has the audience smiling, singing and dancing along. School choirs will be attending – some audience participation!

    Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult – parent, carer or group leader – at the venue at all times.
